Directions:
Use Body Scrub in bath or shower as body soap over your entire wet body. Use a sponge, face cloth or body brush and scrub yourself gently.

Sound advice:
Use Friction Gloves 1-2 times weekly to get rid of coarse, dry skin. Use together with Bitter Aloe Gel/Super Aloe Gel, Hand & Body Lotion or Hand Cream.
