Question 1. How do I order products?

Answer Aloe4 is fully Internet based. This allows us to provide you our products at the best possible prices. In order to place an order, you need to register, free of charge and with no obligation whatsoever. You only need to register once. In future, all you need to do is log in, using your email address and password that you created on registration. We ask for the minimum information required to have the products delivered to you.
Once logged in, you can view our full product list, value packs or specials. At each item, you will find the facility to input a quanity of the items that you wish to order and an "Add to cart" button.
At any time, you can view your cart or proceed to checkout.

Question 2. How do I pay for my order?

Answer We make use of the secure payment portal where we accept the following
credit cards:
VISA and Mastercard.
In addition, we also accept EFT (electronic funds transfers) as a
method of payment.
Directly after your payment has cleared will your order be
processed and dispatched.

Question 3. Is my payment safe?

Answer Yes, absolutely.
All your banking details are accepted through the payment portal. We neither see this information, nor store it on our servers at all.

Question 4. Processes in handling my order

Answer Processing of an invoice passes through the following stages:
1. You select the products that you require and add the quantities to your shopping cart.
2. You "Continue to Checkout".
3. You complete your contact details and delivery address and click Submit.
4. You select you payment method, ie by credit card (via PayPal) or by EFT.
5. If you selected EFT, you need to make the transfer into our account and send us the proof of payment. Remember to use the reference number that appears on the screen.
6. Once payment has been cleared, we place bulk orders on our warehouse, usually once a week or more regularly if volumes so dictate.
7. Once the products are received from our warehouse, we package individual customers' shipments.
8. Should you have selected post as the preferred method of delivery, we will dispatch your parcel by post. Upon receipt at your local post office you will be advised by the post office that your parcel is ready for collection.
9. Should you have selected courier as the preferred method of deliver, we will hand your parcel to Berco Couriers who will deliver the parcel to you in person.

Question 5. Do you only sell in South Africa?

Answer Aloe4 distributes internationally. There will be a premium for international shipping charges.
